英美两家药厂疫苗供应量不足 欧盟多国：不可接受

欧盟预计本月29号批准紧急使用阿斯利康和牛津大学共同研发的新冠疫苗。但阿斯利康发言人表示，由于比利时一工厂的产能下降，导致初期疫苗产量会低于预期。
消息人士指出，阿斯利康原定3月底前，向欧盟供应8000万剂新冠疫苗，预计2月15日出货，但现在大减六成至3100万剂。
欧盟此前已订购3亿剂疫苗，并拥有额外1亿剂的订购权。意大利原计划将在今年第一季度获得800万剂牛津疫苗，现时交货量预计仅为340万剂。
意大利总理孔特批评这一做法不可接受，认为延迟供应疫苗等同于违反协议，对意大利及其他国家造成严重损害，他还扬言将采取法律行动。
奥地利首季原本预计获得200万剂阿斯利康疫苗，现时只能拿到60万剂。奥地利卫生部长安朔贝尔称这是一个“非常非常坏的消息”，“完全不能接受”。爱尔兰总理马丁则说：“这会打乱我们的计划”。
欧洲各国的疫苗接种日程此前已经因为辉瑞减供而受挫。在15日的一份声明中，辉瑞公司表示，疫苗出货量受影响，是公司为提高疫苗产量而调整生产流程所导致的。
多个欧盟国家表示，这种情况是“不可接受的”，并警告说，这“降低了疫苗接种计划的可信度”。在欧盟的施压下，辉瑞公司最终再次发表声明称，将从25日起按原计划恢复疫苗正常供给。
