Proceed to the Land Transportation Office to check whether the car has been encumbered by a bank or by a third party. Bring the vehicle to camp crame for PNP clearance to know if the car is on the alert list of stolen vehicles. If everything is good, continue with the transfer!

你好，取得一份车辆的LTO注册的复印件。前往LTO办公室检查车辆是否已由银行或第三方担保。将车辆带到克楠美军营（Camp Crame）取得菲国警清单，以确定车辆是否在被盗车辆的关注名单中。如果这一切都没有问题，那就可以购买了。
