请教洪律师关于土地持有和入籍问题
你好,洪律师。我08年的时候移居到菲律宾生活,土地是挂在佣人名下,但做了土地买卖权的授权的备案。想请教,有没有外国人持有土地比较好的办法。另外孩子已经在菲律宾居住多年,请问未来入籍菲律宾籍有什么前提条件,可实现性难不难? 我觉得有钱就不难,没钱就难上加难{:1_131:} 洪律师怎么没来回答呀?我也想知道撒~ Hi, if your child was born in the Philippines, he can avail of the administrative naturalization law. Otherwise, the only way to become naturalized is through the courts. This will take about 3 years.The Philippine constitution prohibits foreigners from owning landed properties. However, you can buy condominiums or townhouses with horizontal condominium titles. I think there is no 100% safe way to go around the law. But it seems you already have a solution by asking your maid to sign a blank deed of sale!
