請問拿菲律賓的工作簽證在甲公司 可是確在乙公司上班可以嗎

你好，1940年的“菲律宾移民法”不允许持有工作签证者从一家公司转移到另一家公司，除非通知移民局后，相应的签证已更新至新公司。
