有没有在菲从事菠菜业的人，咨询个问题。
我听在这边工作的朋友说，前几年有个菲菠菜公司的老板，涉嫌诈骗中国大陆的赌民。然后中国警察来菲和当地警察合作，把这家公司的中国籍员工全抓了，至今还呆在菲监狱里，没出来。
有没有这件事？
如果在这边做了在当地合法，但违反中国内地法律的事，并且损害了中国内地人的利益，究竟有多大的法律风险？

嗨，这就是大家所了解两国法律的冲突，在菲律宾政府眼里，中国公民开赌场或到赌场玩都不违法，但以中国司法制度的角度来看，该中国公民已经触犯了中国法律，可被起诉。所以为了安全起见，请遵守两国的法律。
我也听说过 同意楼上的说法 如果给你办正规游戏公司的签证，但是做的事情是菠菜公司的，这样国内查不到你的。
