Therefore, even if the minor gives consent, it is immaterial. Since a minor cannot validly give consent without the approval of parents. Worse, if the minor is below 12 years old, the case is no longer child abuse but statutory rape.

And even assuming that the minor is your sweetheart, a case of acts of lasciviousness can still be filed against the customer.

假设该未成年女子是你的“情人”，她仍可以指控你犯猥亵罪。
