我在商城买到假货，请问我该如何维权

我在caloocan mcu的一个商城里买苹果手机电池。店员告诉我是真的原厂的，然而我回家后发现电池容量只有百分50，是假货。回去找他们却不给换了。请问我该如何维权

有没有发票，如果有发票就找dti,如果没有发票就找Bir

Hi, you may complaint with the mall owners or file a formal case with the Department of Trade and Industry. They will summon the store owner to explain. But better be ready with your proof of purchase.
