请问洪律师 对方要租房子做员工宿舍，用公司名义签合同和个人名义有什么不同

看大楼admin admin有的时候不允许和个人签合同但是经常换人住

Use your corporate identity to lease the unit . Otherwise, your landlord can refuse to acknowledge you and your company once the employee leaves..
