如题，对于变性人在菲国的法律上是男性还是女性？

男变性还是男的，因为他们上洗手间不能去女洗手间，会被骂死。

Hi, good questions. Right now the Philippine constitution only recognise man and woman when it comes to marriage and family relations. But recent laws have been passed to protect the rights of LGBT ( lesbians, gays, bisexuals, and transgenders ) against discrimination and unfair treatment in the work place.
