东营——神奇壮美的黄河入海口城市

东营有463公里海岸线，滔滔黄河从东营入海，造就了独特的生态环境。全市湿地面积4567.7平方公里、湿地率41.58%。黄河三角洲国家级自然保护区拥有中国暖温带保存最完整、最广阔、最年轻的湿地生态系统，入选国际重要湿地名录。东营市制定实施了湿地保护条例，全力维护生态系统健康和生物多样性，黄河口国家公园成为全国正式启动创建的第一家陆海统筹型国家公园。生态环境的改善,吸引了越来越多的鸟类来此栖息。目前保护区内共有鸟类371种，其中丹顶鹤、东方白鹳等国家一、二级重点保护鸟类90种，迁徙季节鸟类数量可达数百万只，使这里成为东亚-澳大利西亚和环西太平洋鸟类迁徙重要的停歇地、越冬栖息地和繁殖地。

在严格保护的前提下，东营市充分挖掘用好“河海交汇、新生湿地、野生鸟类”三大世界级旅游资源，黄河口生态旅游区创建成为国家5A级景区。

Dongying, a Magnificent City in Estuary of the Yellow River

The surging waves of the Yellow River rush into the sea at Dongying, creating a unique ecological environment. Its coastline stretches for 463 km, and 4,567.7 square kilometers of wetlands cover 41.58% of the city. The Yellow River Delta National Nature Reserve, which was shortlisted as one of the Ramsar wetlands of international importance, nurtures the most complete, broadest and youngest wetland ecosystem in the warm temperate zone of China. Dongying has developed and put into effect wetland preservation regulations to fully safeguard the biodiversity and health of the ecosystem. The Yellow River Estuary National Park is China's first officially launched land-sea integrated national park. The hospitable biological environment of Dongying has drawn an increasing number of birds here. The Reserve is now home to 371 different bird species, 90 of which are under Grade I and II state protection, including red-crowned cranes and oriental white storks. With millions of birds coming every migrating season, Dongying has become a crucial landing spot, wintering habitat and breeding ground for birds in East Asia-Australia and the Western Pacific Rim.

The "convergence of the Yellow River and the Bohai Sea, the new-born wetlands, and the wild birds" are three top-tier tourism resources that Dongying has fully tapped into in addition to strict preservation measures. The Yellow River Estuary Ecological Tourism Zone has been developed into a national 5A level tourist destination.
