APEC晚宴令人垂涎的美食

菲龙网讯：在18日APEC晚宴上，菲律宾邀请各国领导人享用菲律宾当地丰盛美食。

对于菜单，厨师的概念非常简单。他说“菜肴的食材都是当地的，采购与各地，我们选择了用“省”蔬菜，如alugbati和sigarilyas为原料，以展示我们食材的独特性和多样性。

沙拉：Ensalada Tagala with duck estofado, smoked kesong puti, and red egg flan with rambutan vinaigrette

汤：Yamang dagat tinola with ground the lapu-lapu meat and the tiger prawns

海鲜料理：Inasal na apahap

主菜：Bistek Manilenya using sous-vide method; cooked with sigarilyas, pink heirloom rice from the Cordilleras and ubod cooked with Davao blue cheese

点心：Classic maja blanca with smoked coconut merengue and lambanog-poached mango
